Sealand Ranges


The Sealand Rifle Ranges are small arms firing ranges comprising of an operational range area and a Range Danger Area covering 486 hectares in the Dee Estuary near Chester.

There are three rifle ranges, two of which are currently in use.
A Range is 100m, B Range is 100m - 400m

Watch out for forthcoming bookings to the outdoor calendar using 400m.
 

Our members shoot a variety of calibres: Muzzle loaded, .22 Rimfire, .223/5.56, .303, .308/7.62 plus other larger calibres.
To be able to shoot at Sealand you must have attended a 'MoD Range Assessment Course' prior to attendance. Dates are on the wall in our clubhouse.
 

Typical dates that we shoot at Sealand are the 3rd Sunday of each month however, this does change so make sure you check the calendar below.

You will be allocated duties on signing on; RCOs, Butts, and Lookouts.

2023 Calendar outdoor shooting dates are notified via the club Secretary due to the limited numbers allowed per shoot.
